How Treasury Works
The Protocol Treasury accumulates NFTs through an automated buyback mechanism:
- 25% of battle losses are allocated to the Buyback Pool
- When the pool reaches the floor price, an automatic buyback is executed
- Purchased NFTs are sent to the Treasury wallet for accumulation
- Treasury NFTs represent protocol value and can be used for:
- Future staking mechanisms
- Reward distributions
- Protocol governance (future)
- Liquidity provision (future)
